Been at the Beaumont today as a day patient, having a minor procedure under general anaesthetic, arrived at 7.20am, greeted by a lovely lady on reception, shown to my room & advised of the wifi/tv channels available etc by a really cheerful gentleman, admitted by the most professional friendly staff you could wish for, met with the surgeon & anaesthetist who talked me through everything, in surgery by 8.30, woke up in recovery an hour later to 2 lovely ladies one of whom was singing along to the radio, really cheery, really relaxed. Back up to my lovely room where I've been monitored continually, served a delicious light meal of my choice & a pot of great coffee. Now up, getting dressed & ready to be discharged. What an amazing service this is, all down to a team of polite, professional, friendly people who are definitely providing care that would exceed anyone's expectations. Thank you all so much x
